where would we be without our mamas, our aunties, our grandmas, umis, nonas, gigis, sissys, memaws & mamaws, bobos & big mamas..?
The Writing
i'm not an essayist. i'm a multimodal creative & a poet — i write short pieces i call transmissions: little nuggets of wisdom that arrive and ask to be shared. i am clear that what i receive are Loving reminders for myself as well as offerings to the world and to every energy i and i are interconnected with. there are three ways to receive them: read them free right here, get new ones by email, or hold them all together in the book.
toLove&beLove(d) the praxis when i write i feel free, compassionate curiosity reminding me, i am Love i am learning i am listening... practice, play, and experimentation being all, i Love to freestyle... ...it feels so damn good, so why would i stop..?
pick whichever one fits you
none of these is a level to earn or a tier to climb. it's the same Love reaching you three different ways. start wherever you're at — you can always come closer, and nothing is held back from you if you don't.

read slow. say them out loud if you like. they were channeled in the present and they live best when met there.
may we practice softening our bodies, deepening our breath, and sharpening our skills at being present... for there is only now
having to operate within a system that does not i repeat does NOT Love me ...and not just me, it don't Love anybody or anything besides more power more control they anti-Love systems, nah, anti-Love shit-stems we find ourselves bound within within this human experience ...and yet there is still something... something within each of us something unboundable, omnipresent, always been there waiting...in each moment... for us to remember, waiting for us to choose it again
we get to choose what we believe and what we believe is what we perceive what we perceive is what we feel and what we feel is real... find the lie i'll wait...
i see beauty all around me flowing in & out up & down and all around i see beauty all around me in your face & in mine in the way we just discovered how much we like rubbing & massaging each other's ears after damn near 15 years i see & feel beauty all around me, so i must be beautiful too
i n i arise spewing the goddex code, breath fused with gratitude, body instructed to surrender, "what's today's assignment?" ...presence is the response that comes thru... a Loving reminder to what we've lost and to what we must do
this isn't charity. asserting what u want, what u desire is inspired action... this is u practicing into your, and our, truth. we are co-creators of our realities. intention + attention = magic. and no worries, if u don't believe in magic, try thinking about this way... magic ain't nothing but energy, how we're in relationship with energy, and how we manipulate energy... so may we Loving manipulate the energies we are a part of...
Why do we tend to police one another's perceptions, when we can simply choose to honor & validate each other as the reflections, blessings & lessons we consistently offer..?
more arrive as they arrive. the easiest way to catch the next one is to let it come to your inbox.
Field Notes
new transmissions and quieter reflections, delivered to your inbox as they come thru. no funnel, no upsell. you can leave whenever.
the fullest gathering
the widest collection of these transmissions — alongside art and reflection — lives in the book Love is here…. hold a copy to keep them close, in any tier, and you'll be first to receive new drops as they arrive.
if a copy is out of reach right now, request one. the pay-it-forward pool exists for exactly that.

this is a living practice, and accessibility is part of the Love. if something here could be more open, more readable, more welcoming to your body and your way of knowing — please tell us. share where we can improve, and we will.
